Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping with MYG Athletics! We aim to process and ship all physical orders within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipment and Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We ship through major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEX. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Digital Products

For digital products, no shipping is required. You'll receive an email with download instructions immediately after purchase. Example: if your order includes both physical and digital items, the digital portion will arrive separately by email.

Delayed, Losted, or Damaged

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please first contact the carrier. If you need additional help, reach out to us at faithfortunellc@gmail.com and we'll assist you. 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
